Return policy

Products sold by Zero Store can be returned within 15 days of
receiving the shipment in most cases. Items received that are
damaged, defective, used, missing parts, or that do not match the
product described, can be returned within 30 days of receiving
shipment. However, there are different policies or requirements for
some products
Return requests will only be processed in the following cases
The product is not damaged
The product is no different than what was shipped to you
The product will be returned in the same condition it was when
received with the original brand or manufacturer's box or packaging
and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories.
After the shipping company receives your product, it may take up to
two weeks to receive and process your returned product. After the
returned product has been processed,
The amounts due are refunded through one of the cash wallets

Note: We will not accept returns on any product that has been sent to
us incorrectly. This includes products not originally purchased from
Xerostore
In the event that we receive such products, we cannot return or offer a
refund or other concession in respect of such products. We can only
issue refunds for correct products returned in accordance with our
policies. Any Product that you send or return to Amazon cannot be
shipped or returned to you in any manner
Cosmetic products
• These products are eligible for return and full refund within 15 days
of delivery. In the rare event of a damaged, defective or different
product being delivered, you can also choose a free replacement (if
available).
• Please keep the product in its original condition, with the brand
outer box, brand price tags attached, user manual, warranty cards and
original accessories in the manufacturer's packaging to successfully
receive your return.
